Tube Well Construction Project at Sik, Kedah

A Yayasan Ikhlas Project will take place in Kampung Tanah Hitam, Sik, Kedah. A ceremony will be held to launch the tube well construction project (groundwater) to supply clean water to the residents of Sik, Kedah, on 26 Feb 2022.

When the project is completed, 51,000 litres of clean water a day will be distributed for daily use for eating and drinking to 132 families in the village.

Hopefully, this matter will be simplified and will pave the way for many more villages in the interior that have been facing problems of clean water supply over the past decade.

Yayasan Ikhlas will also run clean water supply projects in Pantu, Sri Aman Sarawak and also in Pitas, Kudat Sabah this year.
